READY, AIM…. The Friday nig ht SEAT group (Shiloh's High School teenagers with Bill & Val Probasco) are test-firing a pumpkin-chucking trebuchet they have built  with Ryan Cruzan's guidance.  They are testing it tomorrow (Sun. Oct. 19th) at Frank and Clara Mulfords at 11 AM.  Want to watch?  Bring a 5 – 7 lb. pumpkin and we'll put it into orbit.  The Pumpkin-chucking competition  (hosted by Elmer united Methodist) is next week in Monroeville, and you are invited to that as well.  Details will follow.
 
November 1st will be "Youth Sabbath."
 
November 8th the Evangelism Committee is sponsoring a film night at 6:00 PM.  The movie "Amazing Grace" will be shown for the adults upstairs and another movie will be shown to the young people downstairs. Refreshments will be served following the movies.
 
For Your Calendar,  Camp Dates 2009:  Intermediate Camp, grades 4-7, 6/28 – 7/5,  Primary Camp  grades k-3, 7/6 – 7/10,  Senior Camp, grades 8-12,   7/12 – 7/19.
 
November 26th we will hold our Thanksgiving Eve service beginning at 7:00 PM.  We are looking for talented people to contribute to the service. See Pastor Bob if you are interested in participating.
 
Vision Christian Fellowship is our prayer project assignment for this month.
